Coffee has been grown in Honduras since1804, but it didn't become a major crop
until the second half of the 20th century. Many Honduran coffee farms are family-
owned, and the art of coffee cultivation is passed down through generations.
Honduran coffee is known for its diverse flavour profiles, including sweet caramel,
floral, and fruity.
